Overview
Saverlly is a rewards and savings tool used inside private kiosk systems.
By using Saverlly, kiosk customers agree to these Terms.
Free Service
Saverlly is provided at no cost to kiosk owners and kiosk customers.
Kiosk Accounts
User accounts and payment structures for kiosk access are managed directly by each kiosk owner.
Saverlly does not bill or charge kiosk users.
Rewards & Points
Kiosk owners choose how points are awarded. Options may include:
- – points per purchase
- – points based on total purchase amount
- – points for submitting valid codes
- – points when others use their submitted codes
Points are not tied to whether Saverlly finds or applies a working coupon.
Points from affiliate purchases appear as “pending” and become redeemable once the retailer validates the sale and pays commission (typically 30-90 days).
Saverlly does not guarantee any specific reward outcome.
Affiliate Commissions
When a user manually clicks to apply an offer:
- – Saverlly may activate affiliate tracking
- – Saverlly may earn a commission from the retailer
- – Saverlly may share part of the commission with the kiosk owner
Saverlly only works with approved merchants and networks.
Extension Behavior
Saverlly may show a small popup when visiting supported retailers. Users must manually click to apply any offer.
Upon that click:
- – affiliate cookies may be set or overwritten
- – tracking is activated only as allowed by the retailer
No Guarantees
Saverlly does not guarantee that:
- – any coupon will work
- – any offer will be available
- – any commission will be paid
- – any retailer will support Saverlly indefinitely
Liability
Saverlly is provided “as is.”
To the extent allowed by law, Saverlly is not liable for:
- – transaction problems between users and retailers
- – rejected commissions
- – coupon errors
- – kiosk hardware issues
- – system downtime or interruptions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
